"We stayed the week of May 24-may31 2025. This was my second time staying here. The first time was 4 years ago during Covid. We were kind of worried when we saw the news of a fire happening there a week before we were going, but they accommodated us by letting us enjoy the other resorts (tulum and akumul) on their property as well free of charge. This made our stay that much better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful across the whole property. I am a person who uses a walker and they were very accommodating; even with finding me a room on the ground floor. Beautiful resort! Also clean and well taken cared of. I loved seeing the little critters running around; especially the iguanas. (Pics added). Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!"

"We werent able to utilize most of the restaurants while we were there, which was unfortunate. There was a fire in another hotel and all the restaurants were booked solid. Got tired of the buffet food."
