"We came about this place when a vrbo was unexpectedly cancelled. We could not have been more happy. I believe we got one of the last rooms in London, but everything was great. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk made sure we knew what we were doing on the tube to get to the airport. Would definitely stay again."

On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
