"Arrived and went to pay for stay but won’t accept cash?? . Not advertised or expected only took cash luckily wife had card. Spoilt whole stay was going to eat and drink in bar , one of reasons for booking this hotel. We found elsewhere but might as well of stayed elsewhere "

"Very convenient to catch a flight early in the morning. Unfortunately my request to bring me a bath robe was ignored twice. The interior could be more pleasant. "

The contents of the sandwiches should be fully declared and not some items and not others. "Tuna mayonnaise and cucumber" sandwiches should not have added onion, without this being declared on the menu. "

"A very tired hotel, rooms & spa facilities. Bedrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Our sink & bath didn’t drain. The hand soap dispenser didn’t work. The spa is exceptionally tired. Mould around the sinks. Breakfast had a good selection but it had all been sat out for some time. Overall, a disappointing stay I wouldn’t recommend it. "
