"The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven. A small point that did not detract from a great week in a stand out property. Highly recommended!"

"Had a wonderful 6 night stay at this lovely, spacious house with plenty of space for our group of 11. The house has amazing gardens with beautiful views and is in a lovely quiet location. We didn't want to drive and used the bus service from the village to go to Lucca, around a 15 mins journey. The host, Fiona, is fantastic and easy to communicate with. "The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled).
