"This hotel was a pleasure in every way. I will return!"

"We booked this hotel for the location and the view, and neither of them disappointed: we were truly just steps away from Tower Bridge & the Tower of London, and had a fantastic view of the Bridge and the Shard. It’s also a short walk to the Uber boat, which was really fun for getting around the city. As for the accommodations themselves: the bed was extremely comfortable, had a nice crisp cotton duvet cover, and gave us good nights’ sleep; and the room itself was generally in good shape, though the woodwork and upholstery is getting a little bit shabby. There were no electrical outlets by the bedside tables, which was a bit of an inconvenience, since both of us travel with devices that we use as our alarm clocks. The room was not perfectly prepared for our arrival: the phone wasn’t working, there was an extra twin bed in the room that we hadn’t requested, and somebody’s little stuffed animal had been left in the room. However, when we asked for help with these issues, they were resolved within 20 minutes by very attentive staff. The concierge was extremely accommodating and helpful with a couple of things we asked about, including getting a taxi when it was time to depart. In April 2026, the lobby was under construction, which could be extremely loud during the daytime; however, we were out of the hotel for most of the day each day, so it didn’t inconvenience us badly. It’s not the finest hotel accommodation I’ve ever had in London, but we were satisfied with our experience."

"Great location if you are visiting London. We paid for the city view and could see a lot of landmarks from the room itself. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and train station is nearby also."

"We liked that we were very central - but yet there was a bit more peace about the location. The staff were helpful - and the view from the room was fabulous. My daughter enjoyed the gift bag she was given and that the hotel had a pool. Another bonus was that room service, had we ordered it was affordable and offered enough choice. Next time - we'll order in room service for sure. We hope to come back and make greater use of the spa facilities. "
