"très bien meublé et équipé avec une jolie petite terrasse avec vue sur mer. Dommage qu’il soit juste en face de la gare, la chambre à coucher donne dessus. le cabinet médical à l’étage en dessous et juste sous l’appartement draine du monde du matin au soir. Comme c’est mal insonorisé on entend tout. Pour nous ces 2 points ont été rédhibitoires malgré l’état général de l’appartement qui est super."
