BUT renovations are in progress (though quiet throughout my stay), the staff was friendly and helpful, my linens and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the property felt safe. Amazing pool and bbq area. Shirt walk to American Airlines center. Ten minute drive tops to jay Bailey Hutchinson. Room very clean. It is a little noisy from the freeway but that type of noise doesn’t bother me. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer nice touch. Black out shades don’t...

" The couch in our unit for broken, it was almost impossible to get up after you sat down. Very difficult to determine the easiest and most convenient door to use. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We would definitely use this location again. "

"The apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton."

"My husband & brother had a softball tournament in Grapevine,TX all weekend. Games after games they played teams after teams having a good time. After their fun it was time to unwind and retire. They came to your establishment to check in and was greeted by the manager. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and went beyond making my family feel comfortable and at home.
