"The apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton."

"My husband & brother had a softball tournament in Grapevine,TX all weekend. Games after games they played teams after teams having a good time. After their fun it was time to unwind and retire. They came to your establishment to check in and was greeted by the manager. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and went beyond making my family feel comfortable and at home. I thank you for this. 5 STARS REVIEW"

"The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. Still here for another week. "

After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. "We were already staying in the area fir an event, then realized the eclipse was the very next day so we tried to extend our stay where we were at and the price went up $400 Wowzers!!! so we looked on VRBO and this listing was available with a reasonable rate, YAY!!! so we booked it with low expectations. "Convenient to our location. No soap in rooms, Hotel charged my credit card as well as Suiteness. Still have not resolved the double charge"

"The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience."

I was surprised when they called me in the middle of a meeting to ask for permission to go into my room to replace a window (all the windows were being replaced).
