"Splendid staff especially the glorious and brilliant Kenza who was so helpful to me.
My room was NOT a suite It was a tiny bedroom ,pleasant bath and a small entrance A few small things would make the hotel better , No Kleenex in my room; scrambled eggs that were not incinerated (this was true all over Belgium and France) and inexcusable; etc But great location and cheerful and intelligent staff"
