"We had a great stay. Its a regular stop for us. Always friendly and professional. We had a family room thst was very spacious even with beds for 4! Breakfast was amazing as always The only thing letting it down on this trip was the pool and spa. The pool water was much colder than usual and so was unable to let my 9 month granddaughter in. Just too cold for her. My daughter stayed with her while I went to thermal soa circuit. But even the water there was warm and not as hot as previous visits. So we cut out soa afternoon short which was a shame as we were looking forward to it on a rainy afternoon"

"The Hotel is a great place to st ay. It is just off the M606 motorway. Staff are always very polite , friendly and helpful. This is our go to Hotel ! Parking is easy , but I really dislike fit and healthy individuals, taking the Registered Disabled parking spots. They are so selfish and arrogant!!"

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast choices were very good and plentiful. However the room was very dated and in need of renovation and had a funny smell when you walked in. The bedroom lacked any real style - blind needed replacing and the bathroom reminded us of a prison bathroom (all grey in colour)and stuck in the 80s with some broken fixtures so rather disappointing. The newly refurbished dining room looked good though!"

"It was a good hotel and it had free parking which is a bonus. Room was okay, the carpet had maybe 1 or 2 questionable stains. The bed was big but was creaky. I would recommend a wooden bed. TV was big and had access to the Internet so I could use Netflix. Bathroom was decent too. Location was great and for the price I can't complain. If I need a place to stay last minute again then I would defo come back."
