"Quarto muito confortável e limpo, comida boa, atendimento poderia ser melhor, às vezes não tinha ninguém para atender em algumas áreas do hotel. Instalações coletivas poderiam estar mais bem conservadas, aparentavam desgaste e falta de manutenção, a piscina coberta estava com água turva, aparentando estar suja, área de jogos com mesas de sinuca desgastadas e rasgadas.
