"Our arrival was highlighted by the front desk staff. Eli was very helpful and welcoming. He quickly checked us despite the fact that we were a bit early. He also made great recommendations for dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast setup provided plenty of options. Our entire stay was very enjoyable."

"Room was fine. Spacious with two queen beds. Clean and tidy. Quiet location with plenty of free parking available. Air-conditioning was great. Microwave and fridge/freezer very useful although turntable in the micro was a bit temperamental. Unfortunately coffee machine only produced a dribble of coffee having set up the pod and water. This was reported to reception but for us not a problem as we had own coffee granules. Outdoor pool was not open despite 30°C temperature. Not sure if under repair or other reason. Convenient location for access to Golden Skywalk which is a high adrenalin activity centre - zip line, suspension bridges, giant free fall swing into the gorge etc."

"Hotel staff and lodging are very good. Parking is somewhat limited and tight. Room had a jacuzzi that did not have very hot water and the bubbles made the water even colder. "

"Lodge and Lantern was one of the most amazing hotel we have stayed at during our Banff trip. The view was absolutely breathtaking with a flowing river and the mountains. The amenities were amazing, with complimentary snacks, water and medication in case you forgot to pack it such as Tylenol etc. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay!"
