"The rooms are comfortable and quiet, its so relaxing having the balcony and the air-conditioning makes thay spot nice and warm. The pools make this place a must visit over Radium Hot Springs hands down. Staff are lovely, service is great. Pet friendly and affordable but so luxurious. "
"The property was beautiful, well maintained and really clean. It’s located outside the city on the hills so it felt like a hillside resort vacation- relaxed and quiet and comfortable. If you are in the area, definitely recommend you to stay here. The staff is really kind and sweet - overall we loved our stay here."
"Stayed here for 2 nights.... place was quaint. 2 levels of accommodations. We stayed in the "Hippie Hut", in the Bunkies Village. Simple. Quiet. Clean. Facilties were pretty good for a camp like experience. The fire pit GIGANTIC. Whimsical names and Jim's Gym was pretty impressive. Thank you! "
"It’s a cute motel that is close to the hot pools. There are a lot of dining options in the area. It’s easy to locate because it’s just by the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will come back to this property again."
"Stayed there with my friends for a photo trip and it was the best part. We stayed in the cabin so all had our own beds. That place had everything you could want for a nice Banff stay… maybe except a TV … we needed to watch our twilight saga … WiFi might also be a bit hard to get but not a dealbreaker at all… plus you would get off your phone anyways hahah "
"Our stay was pleasant overall. The property itself was a bit dated, which was exactly as shown in the booking photos, so there were no surprises there. We appreciated the incredibly easy check-in and check-out process, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, which is always a top priority. My only wish would be for a coffee maker in the room for added convenience, but otherwise, we had a comfortable experience."
