There were nail clippings on the living-room floor and hairs on the toilet seat. We were also visited every night by a mouse that came to eat from the rubbish bin. We could hear rats or mice inside the walls gnawing on something.Overall, the property itself is pleasant, but it is absolutely not worth the price we paid.
