"Very nice property in quieter area of the beach. Family friendly."

"Biggest issue is you’ll be up all night hearing people open and shut their doors which isn’t too loud but the way it shakes your own doorframe makes it sound like someone is trying to break in. Could not get a restful night of sleep there once so we left a day early. Rotten staff. The cleaners took my towels without replacing them multiple times, never changed the bedding and never took the trash. One girl, Thioro, at the front desk texted about my stay, I told her about the issues and all she texted back was sorry. Another guy, Morgan, was more engaged with his group phone call he had on speaker when I went to the front desk for the second set of replacement towels. Absolutely ruined his night by asking him do his job. He was incredibly dismissive and just couldn’t wait to get back to the group chat."

"Everything was great in the beginning all the staff were very friendly and helpful until our last night. WE had been there to attend our goddaughter's wedding. After the event we went back to our room, changed into our PJ's and decided to go sit outside by the waterfront. Well, we left our key in the room, Shame on us! We went to the front desk & the gentleman there, Carl, was so rude it ruined our whole night. We told him what happened as we stood there in our PJ's & he said he needed ID. We said everything is in our room. I pulled up my email with my hotel reservation, pulled up my bank app showing my $100 deposit they took upon check in, my husband went out to the truck and got our parking pass and showed him that. All he said were not helpful, he said people throw their parking passes on the ground. At this point we were very upset! My husband said "have you ever walked out of your house or room and forgotten something?" He said No! Really?? Then you must be perfect! I asked him to have the cleaning woman walk upstairs with us, we can show her whatever she needs to see once we get into our room. That wasn't good enough either. Meanwhile, he kept asking us to step aside while he checked in three more couples. HE FINALLY gave us a duplicate key, as he told us, he will do it just this one time! When we got back to the room, we were both filled with so much anxiety I was waiting for someone to come knock on the door and make sure we were really who we said we were. Unreal!!"

"A lot better than we expected! As noted the carpet is old and our room had an odor, but everything was clean and it was quiet and safe. "

"Nice clean hotel. Nice pools. Funny policies on debit/credit card. They would not allow my wife (who was with me and had her ID) pay the resort fees of on her card. This led to overly complicated check-in and might prevent us from staying in the future. We have never had this problem with Ocean Reef down the street. Also, someone kept ding dong ditching our door in the middle of the night. Security being more present would have prevented this Overall not a horrible stay but probably wouldn't return to this location "

"Main reason for the rating is the fact they didn’t have coffee in lobby for free. You had to pay the Starbucks and it wasn’t open u til after 7"
