Our stay was okay, but overall it didn’t meet our expectations for the price. I understand we booked last minute during the Fourth of July holiday, so rates were higher than usual, but the room still felt overpriced for what we received.
One concern was that we found a bug in the bed. I’m not sure if it was a bed bug since I’ve never seen one before, but it was unsettling. To the hotel’s credit, we reported it to the front desk, and they handled the situation professionally by offering us 50% off our two-night stay, which we appreciated.
The photos online were a bit deceiving and made the property appear nicer than it actually was. That said, the location was definitely the best part of our stay. While we weren’t oceanfront, we were right on the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed, which made getting around very convenient.
Overall, the location was excellent, but the condition of the room and the value for the price left us disappointed."
