"Love this spot, second year in a row, the only downside is the kitchen could be better equipped, knowing that it’s o ly 2 burners and no real oven as a chef you make it work but that’s the only downside to the property."

"We had a great stay, the proximity to the beach was great and the place was clean and well stocked. The one thing to note is that the house is very small with no living space separate from the dining area. The bathroom is also very small with no counter space, though with a spacious shower. For our family of 4 it was too small for our comfort, but would be a great place for a smaller group or just adults."

"Nice little beach cottage. Everything you need. Beach equipment, plus a outdoor shower, to wash all the sand off. Room for 3 cars to park. walk across the street & your at the beach access. It’s Two blocks away from the pier."

"The location is truly 5 stars. It’s easy to walk to the beach and just a short stroll to a couple restaurants. I can’t give the overall experience a full 5 stars because of an issue I had our first night. When we arrived after a long travel day, the beds were made but had no sheets. All the linens and towels were in a bag, and we did not discover this until we were ready to go to sleep. Having to strip both beds and make them up that late was stressful. There was no mention in the listing. If this is standard practice, it should be clearly stated so guests can plan. The bathroom could use some upgrades or a deep cleaning. Overall, the location is fantastic, but a few small but important details kept this from being a perfect stay."
