,The staff was so nice,the place was clean,,,,the room was so clean,one thing i didn't like the pillow was to soft,,, and we couldn't check in till 4:00pm,we were so tired ,from the drive bad news,,,,,the breakfast was good also we enjoyed,our self.thanks Mrs.Dove1954

Everything was perfect, even the snow on the beach!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay during our roadtrip to Florida with our service dog. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.

Very clean updated rooms. Very quiet. Convenience, right off of I-95. Only complaint, the grass area for dogs is very small

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean. Central location to everything whether it is the beach, the stores, or downtown, you are less than 20 min to all. only thing i would say was one of the front desk staff women at night was not friendly at all upon arrival which was kind of disappointing but other than that, the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to Wilmington !

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Extremely kind and caring staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff were very accommodating. Very clean. Continental Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with the sweetest staff there ever was. Honestly, we felt like home with family during our 3 night beach combing stay. We will definitely return!

We scheduled a one night visit; however on seeing our accommodations and experiencing the welcoming staff, inquired about a second night. Although we had to change rooms due to a previously scheduled arrival, we moved up one floor and continued to enjoy this wonderful experience. We were all family and the three bedrooms and three baths works wonders for us. The conversation has begun for next year's vacation. Thank you for the opportunity to have a special memory.

My first trip since my husband passed last year. Everyone was so friendly. I loved getting a text once I was in my room asking for any questions or concerns. Just had a few and they were answered immediately. I also loved the boards that listed local eateries even something for a sweet tooth, what else was available to do beside going to the beach. No microwave or closet in the room but that didn’t hinder me. I loved the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby. And the set up in the lobby allowed guests to...

The room was very clean, comfortable. The breakfast was really good every morning. It was easy to get to and in a great location. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Hallways were well lite. Very safe. Would definitely stay there again.
