"My sheets where dirty and the shower was broken apon arrival. I asked staff to change the sheets the next day once we left our room for the day. We came back to our room and the beds were made but the sheets still hadn’t been made. "

"Came into town with family for a brief overnight visit, but our accommodations were so nice that we’d wanted to stay for longer! This is my/my family’s 2nd time staying at this particular location, and once again, we had a smooth stay. Our room was spacious and clean, the dining experience was lovely (if you do decide to pay for breakfast), and the hotel itself is well-maintained with staff members readily available to assist with any questions/concerns that one might have. Truly nothing that I can think of that would take away from this stay; 5/5. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted enthusiastically on our arrival. We came here for a dual purpose trip. It was our anniversary and it was also a home finding trip that my company put us on. We loved how the hotel was right next to the river. It was serene and beautiful to see. Because it was our anniversary, the staff gave us an extraordinary experience. They upgraded us to a balcony view where we could see the pool and river. It was a simple gesture but appreciated immensely. It left a big impression on my husband and I. They also sent up some fruit and cheese, which was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend our friends/family to as well. Before we left, we went to the river again and saw some TNR cats on the property. They were adorable (I love cats), and it was just another perk and memory that we will cherish to have."
