"Location was convenient and accessible to all amenities. Staff is very friendly and courteous."
"Rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Breakfast had many different options. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in"
"Great property in walking distance of many must-sees. The pool was a bit underwhelming and the on-site restaurant left much to be desired as far as close-by places you can count on to be good. But overall a great price for the location. Easy uber pickup and drop off and close to transit stops. Walking distance to st. Catherine and Bell Center. The staff on check-in seemed a little uninterested but throughout the stay they were lovely so perhaps just a rough day. Rooms are nice, great sized fridge in room. The common areas are really nice and welcoming. Overall, would return for another stay in this beautiful city! "
"There is a rooftop pool, literally on the roof the 28th floor. It’s very clean. Our room was clean with a small but handy kitchenette. The valet service was very smooth and very efficient. There’s NO parking lot so you must use the valet or find other parking. Valet is an add on cost not included in the price. The only downfall was very small elevators. Squish in or you’ll be waiting a long time."
"Taking into the consideration that this was a mix between hostel and a hotel and the price for the location is beyond amazing. Great for those who are on thr budget! The only thing is showers.... one of the showers had burning hot water no matter what.... but that's okay since there are still 2 more.... oh and a bit awkward to use the same bathroom with shared toilet and showers with men and women. Being a woman it toom me a few days to get used to being in the same room for such private purpose while men were in it at the same time 😫"
"Great central location downtown. Near sites with shopping and restaurants literally across the street. Transportation a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in am an added bonus. Price was fantastic!"
