"Du début à la fin (très matinale!), tout a été parfait. Le couple de propriétaires est adorable et on se sent tout de suite « à la maison ». Parking facile, piscine extérieure, bel espace pour se détendre aussi bien en terrasse que dans la salle principale (tv écran géant, baby foot). When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one.
