"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "

"We stayed here for 4 days and our stay was awesome. Matthew was super responsive for all our queries. "

"The check in process was easy and Nicky was responsive to questions. The apartment was cute and well decorated. It is an older building so there were a few minor things. I loved talking to the goats and chickens. There was free street parking and we never had issues finding a spot. It was pretty centrally located so it was easy to get around the city. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but the price and convenience were fantastic. I would stay there again in the future. "

"This apartment is very close to downtown with easy parking right outside! The unit is very well maintained with spacious rooms and amenities! The host has thought of everything to make it feel like your own home! Would love to come back and stay here again!"

"Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area."

"We had a great time staying at The Haven! The place is adorable, the beds are comfortable, and the outside space is perfect for evening drinks. The location is super convenient for exploring the city, and communication with the host was great. I would recommend this spot to anyone and hope to stay again the next time I visit Chicago! "

"When I saw the photos I was drawn to how cute the apartment was - and was delighted to spend a quick getaway for a concert there. It was very clean and the charging dock was a life saver. "

"The property was great and exactly what we needed for our stay. We had 2 kids and 3 adults. The space was well laid out and the neighborhood was perfect. We could walk easily to grab coffee/snacks plus a grocery store with a park right around the corner. The property manager made check in and out very easy and was easily reached if there were questions!"

"Park nearby for kids but house itself is not really meant for kids. Great place for adult friends or family to stay "

"Great location with tons of restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation (bus line) picks up nearby and easy to use. Not hard to find parking nearby. Even though property is located above a restaurant, you would not know it. Property was spacious, clean."

"This place had exactly what we needed: space for us to spread out and get away from each other; a full kitchen so we could save some money by eating in; a washer and dryer because my kids are filthy animals; a parking spot which was amazing since we have a disabled child; and a great location right by a big park and tons of food options on Chicago ave, Division, and North ave."

"I really enjoyed my stay here . The hotel is very historical and is known for hosting beautiful weddings, it’s huge , restaurants on property, and is very close to everything there is to see in downtown Chicago . Very close to the river walk , millennium park, coffee shops/breakfast, the loop , Taco Bell , primark , aquarium etccc love it there and would definitely come back another time !!! The city is such a vibe and lots of people walking the street even at 10:00 at night a lot of people out and about and it made me feel safe and not alone ! "
