"This hotel is decent for the cost but overall I’ve stayed in better places. It was a little dangerous with homeless hanging in the back of the lobby. The main front door was barricaded off which was a pain going to the side doors. The rooms are older and drafty. My room in particular did not have heat and it was cold outside. The AC had a paper taped to it with a knob and someone drew the arrows but it did not quite work right. The door also seemed as if it didn’t close all the way which made me feel unsafe. I used my luggage in front of the door in the event someone could get in. One night I could hear people screaming and yelling and slamming doors. As a single female, this hotel overall did not feel safe and I’d suggest paying a little more for rooms that have heat and a newer building. "

"Friendly staff and great location if u want to explore Chicago’s Chinatown but it’s also closer to downtown Chicago as well. Lots of amazing food choices and cheap parking around the area compared to the rest of Chicago."

"This was one of the nicest vrbos I’ve stayed in! There was plenty of room for everyone and it was so thoughtfully appointed with coffee, tea, snacks, bathroom supplies, kitchen dishes/pans, etc. I loved all the artwork and beautiful glass decor throughout the flat. The parking spot and passes for our additional car were great. The location was perfect for us. Communication with the host was good too. There was a little noise from the neighbors and nearby restaurants but it was not bad and expected in a city. We’d highly recommend it. "
