"Was given a room the first key did not work they had to find another key When we entered the room smelled like smoke so had to ask for an air freshener to try and get ride of the smell The shower only had hot water which ever tap you tired Would not recommend or stay again"

"Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Had to pay £10 for parking, which I was not made aware of. The room had some bad stains on the carpet. There was a loud sound all night, felt like being inside a tumble dryer. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Birmingham which were a lot cheaper. "

"Fantastic staff both in the evening and at breakfast. Good quality breakfast and clean tidy room. Only negative would be the lighting from the ‘Burger King’ out the black which did come in round the curtain…. I’m pretty light sensitive but was still nice"
