"I ordered room service which took 45 mins . The hot soup i ordered was cold! I requested coke zero , unfortunately regular coke sent. I had to wait again for it. So room service was horrible!"

"The room was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were endlessly helpful, polite yet friendly and efficient in their tasks. The amenities and parking were just as described. Overall, excellent! The food in the restaurant / bar was exquisite and fairly priced although they could do with updating their allergens list as it was a little vague in places."

"Reasonably priced hotel very well situated right next to departures at Gatwick airport South terminal. Good for one night if you have an early morning flight. But the cheapest windowless rooms are tiny; no space to walk all around the bed! The photos on the website only show the higher priced rooms."

"Parking charges are misleading. “Additional charges for parking may be applicable” is very different from not having their own carpark & having to use the public carpark opposite the hotel with charges starting from £10 for overnight & getting ridiculous when you stay longer. Payment is taken by hotel in reception. The room I stayed in faced the road. Large clean room with the strongest water pressure I’ve come across in the UK. But the traffic noise from the road was off the scale. No double glazing, busy road, very close to the roundabout and next to a bikers pub. It was too noisy to follow a phone conversation or watch tv, never mind sleeping. The staff were lovely. "

"This hotel is worth the money if you are flying out of Gatwick. The staff are very nice the hotel is clean and quiet and it is attached to the airport so its very easy when travelling. Highly recommend."

"The staff was friendly, helpful and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and it was not repaired throughout our stay of 6 nights! We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well. "

"Clean, comfy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay not far from London and surrounding attractions. Check in was easy and it's nice and quiet. Was grateful for the kettle and supplies in the room. Only thing is the TV should have a pull out bracket as the angle was a bit strange for the bed."

"On arrival we found a vehicle and a van in the blue badge parking bays neither had a badge. It took a while for them to be moved so we could park. We paid for breakfast but on accessing in the morning we were denied by the most cheeky and arrogant member of staff. I spoke to the duty manager and she apologised and eventually sorted access to breakfast. She dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner unlike the other staff member who still flung her arms about and continued being abusive.. The proffesional manager was really good and actually reimbursed our payment her name was monica cobaru and a credit to the company. Room was clean and location was good bathroom was really clean and bed was extremely comfortable"
