Country house, silent and relaxing location, good brekfast and nice management and personnel

Very cozy and nice hotel. The owner was very helpful and informative. Ciao is a small town but with big city quality restaurants. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Great. The owner is the BEST. What a great guy. He helped us with everything! On Christmas Eve we needed to find a gas station and he escorted us to one. Parking is right in front of the hotel door. We could see our car from the hotel window. We could adjust the heat to how warm or cool we wanted it. The water pressure was great...plenty of hot water. the wifi worked great. The breakfast is at a "italian bar" next door where we were able to order as much coffee and pastry as we wanted. The...

Simple clean and lovely staff

Hotel was great. Great room, great bed and great location. Thank you, Mikaela.

The albergo was beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. Vincenzo the host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this modern, clean, and elegant facility. The pool and pool area were superb (though the pools closes rather early). We had a beautiful room, excellent bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also excellent. Personnel were attentive and polite. The center of Trani is about an 8-10-minute drive. There is a bus line nearby, but we did not use it, so cannot advise. Great stay!

Clean room and super breakfast! An ideal choice!

Edificio sapientemente ristrutturato, ospite molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione in terrazza, stanza e letto confortevoli e impeccabili, che altro chiedere?

The room was very nice with a bathtub, and Lily, the manager was wonderful and very friendly and helpful

Everything was fine. Only thing you need to know ahead of time is that everything close between 3:00pm to 7:00pm. No place to eat and very difficult to get a taxi.

We really loved everything about this B&B! Francesco, the owner, greeter, cook, and cleaner is wonderful and very attentive to your request. We had a beautiful room with a balcony (faces the street with day traffic). The breakfast items were plentiful. The lift was important because we had a LOT of luggage to transport. Very generous host and sincerely nice person. Francesco pointed us to the lively port for dinner options and that was a great experience. We highly recommend staying at this...
