And the price was right.But as other reviews stated this house has a lot of potential much of which is cosmetic. A fresh coat of paint, bedroom ceiling repairs, ceiling vent repairs and fixing the floating swimming pool light would be helpful. "Great place, and the host was awesome!!"

"From all the ingredients to make a Florida key lime pie to the best beach shovel ever, this home was STOCKED to the max with top of the line supplies and fun-in-the- sun amenities from bikes to grills to a floating mat. The island is still under reconstruction from Ian which means the beach itself is less crowded than in years past. It’s a short walk to what on most days felt like a private beach! We had a lovely time!"
