"We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!"

"I’m really pleased I booked to stay here for the night. The hotel is on a nice quiet street just off a main road with lots of shops, restaurants and is well connected to the bus network. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed (I slept brilliantly). I would stay again. "

"Wow!!! What a lovely surprise. We expected just your average guesthouse, but we were blown away. This place was so lovely. The guest house and our room were exceptionally clean. The owners had thought of everything: iron, ironing board, hairdryer, lovely-smelling products in the bathroom, kettle, Biscoff biscuits to go with the tea or coffee. Plenty of towels.
Despite being on the top floor, the shower was powerful. We had really comfortable beds and slept like babies.
