We took advantage of the beautiful rooftop bar with its astounding views of the city and Alhambra. The spa was excellent as well with a steam room, relaxation lounge and pool. All recommendations from their concierge staff were excellent. The location was in the heart of shopping and eating at every corner."

"As a mother of 2 young children I needed a hotel with accommodating amenities such as a small kitchen with fridge and laundry machine (very effective even for its small load size). This hotel was very practical in that sense. Cleanliness was mediocre at best.
Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. After the room was cleaned (every 4th day) the floors were still dirty.
But again, we were there for the practicality of the hotel. Not...
