"This hotel was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Mattress were a little too firm for us but that is a personal preference. They had a nice fire pit area outside. Loved the location we were close enough to pigeon forge and Knoxville. Would definitely stay again."

"Our stay at the hotel was pretty good for a one-night stay. The staff at the property were EXCELLENT. The breakfast was very good. There was a little splash pad for the kids, which seemed like a lot of fun. Plus, it is pretty conveniently located to both the attractions of the area and the interstate. That said, the property was a little worn. For example, there were a few stains on the furniture in the room (not the bed, though), marks on the wall, and even the doors in the room were somewhat chipped/broken at the bottom. Given the pricing and the location, it's obvious that a lot of families with kids stay here, and this is probably the cause. I wouldn't say any of this would prevent me from staying here again in the future, as the hotel was otherwise comfortable and clean, but some people might still expect something with less wear and tear."
