"I don't know about you but I expect either a smart TV I can beam my phone to, or movie channels. This hotel has neither. I don't want to sign into my Netflix or Prime accounts on hotel TVs. Otherwise, this hotel is nicely situated between the university and Market Square/Downtown"

"Staff was overly friendly lol I never met resort staff that were just so uppity and I loved it bc I thought I booked a certain room and turned out I booked the wrong room but everything was booked up by the time I got there, so the comfort that I felt from the staff made my trip that much better for me and my son 😊 so thank you !"

"It's an older property but it's clean, in a great location and has balconies over looking the creek behind it. Stayed here several times with no issues. Typically it's cheaper than some of the other places on the strip in pigeon forge"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. It was so quaint and relaxing. Bed was super comfy. Shower was fantastic. The room was perfect for what I needed for my stay. Enjoyed the Titanic Museum. I will stay here again real soon. I live in Knoxville and enjoy getaways once a month!"

"We enjoyed our 4-night stay here. We had a balcony room but was only able to enjoy the balcony one evening due to the hot temperatures outside. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was pleasant and did an excellent job keeping everything filled and the counter clean. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The microwave and fridge were very convenient to have as was the table and chairs. Location was good. Parking was ample at the hotel always having a spot when arriving back to the hotel in the late afternoon or evening. Checking in and out was simple and the staff members were nice. We would stay here again."
