"This was by far our favorite hotel on adventure to Japan. I cannot stress enough how nice this hotel was. The large room was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. The breakfast was amazing!! The property was very clean. The location was perfect. The laundry facilities were amazing. We were lucky to have a washer and dryer in our room, but aside from that they offer free laundry in the laundry room which is super cool. They have a sort of happy hour for guests from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with beer, liquor, sake & snacks. Neither my kids nor us wanted to leave this hotel and unfortunately no hotel matched up to this one. Definitely, definitely recommend this hotel. We had the room with the two twin beds on the top and the double on the bottom had a little patio on the back. Amazing! Great size. Very comfortable!"

"An absolute gem in Namba — unmatched hospitality, unbeatable location, and incredible breakfast! Our stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and genuine omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) of the staff set the tone for our trip. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It is literally a 2-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station, making transit to and from Kansai Airport effortless. Dotonbori, Namba Parks, and endless shopping and dining options are right at your doorstep. Authentic Japanese Experience & Thoughtful Touches: The hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with classic Japanese details. The tatami-style flooring in the room meant we could slip our shoes off and truly relax. But the real game-changers were the thoughtful extras: An in-room foot massager that was an absolute lifesaver after walking 20,000 steps around Osaka! A delightful complimentary evening dashi ochazuke (rice with warm savory broth) snack—such a cozy, welcoming touch. Breakfast: Do not skip the breakfast! Sourced with fresh ingredients from nearby Kizu Market, the spread offered a fantastic blend of high-quality Japanese specialties and Western staples. Everything was fresh, delicious, and gave us the perfect start to our days. Hiyori Hotel made our Osaka trip unforgettable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!"
