"Family-friendly, clean, quiet area with a traditional style accomodation. We had 5 people and loved our stay. 3 full bedrooms. 2/3 are downstairs and one bedroom is up steep stairs so be aware of that. Check in and out quick and easy. Has a full kitchen and plenty of seating throughout.The entryways are low, so just be careful of you are 5'9 (175 cm) or taller, youll have to duck a lot or hit your head.The area is great, just make sure to have access to cash, besides thw convinence stores...

8/10 Good

"Nicely appointed hotel for the price. The onsen is first class and the outside onsen on the 31st floor is stellar. We got a corner room on the club floor. Room was on the small side. Bed comfortable, bath nice for not stellar. View is nice. One warning of note. Although the room is on the nicer side, there is not a single drawer to use for you clothing. There is no room safe, only a a flimsy small opening in a credenza with a lock combo. The "closet" is a rod integrated into external portion of a built in furniture piece. The breakfast is good. The location is very nice. So, while the hotel is nice and room/bath is also fairly nice, just be aware that there is absolutely storage available in the form of drawers and its tight for two people even in the corner room. Would I stay again? Probably, but the lack of drawers for me is a real issue if you are staying for more that one night."

"Here's a polished and natural English version suitable for a hotel review: The hotel was beautiful inside, and the room was spacious. It comfortably accommodated my family of two adults and two children. The room was clean. The only suggestion I have is that the room and the furniture could use a bit of an update. The hotel has easy access to the metro and is conveniently located near an outlet mall and the airport. We had lunch at the hotel, and the buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. The entire hotel was very clean, and all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There was also a FamilyMart nearby, which was very convenient if you needed to buy something late at night. I was very satisfied with both the hotel and its location. I would definitely stay here again if I return in the future, and I would happily recommend it to others. "

Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

"This is a great place to stay in Osaka. The hotel is awesome. The rooms were comfortable but a tad bit small (compared to rooms I have been). The breakfast is very good, with a good mix of western and Japanese cuisines. We went with 2 kids and they really enjoyed their breakfast every day. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10, but the kitchen closes at 9:45am. We didn't have a single issue while we stayed there. Checkin is strictly at 3pm and checkout is 12pm. The hotel provides Yamato service and it costed us approximately ¥2100 per cabin bag size suitcase. If you drop it off before 3pm, it will get dropped off by the next day. There is a currency exchange machine by the check in counters. The currency exchange rate provided was not too bad $1:¥153 (at the machine) vs $1:163 (Google quote) on the day we used it. The best thing is that if you go to the basement, you can directly enter Umeda station which is the primary way to get on to the osaka Subway line. But if you use the elevators to go to 2nd floor, you can walk to Osaka station, which allows you to use the JR lines. Very convenient. Something else to note about this property, the hotel is on the 9th floor and goes up to 35th floor. The floors below is shopping (Daiso, Uniqlo, etc). There is a Yodabashi also in the complex. On the 8th floor they have a variety of dinning restaurants and tons more in the basement around the entry to the Umeda stn. We definitely recommend this location and will choose it on our next stay."
