"Ein zufriedenstellendes Hotel mit leider sehr kleinen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und die Ausstattung modern. Wir haben allerdings erwartet, dass der Weg in die Innenstadt trotz guter Bahnanbindung schneller gewesen wäre. Der Onsen wird schnell sehr voll. Ab 22Uhr mussten wir sogar für die Duschen anstehen und hatten kaum Platz im Becken! Selbst innerhalb der Woche ist hier alles voll, weil Universal Studios um die Ecke liegt. Dementsprechend darf man das Gästeklientel erwarten."

"The spa and sauna was the highlight of the hotel. The 7 Eleven within the hotel was super convenient. The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. There was many options ans the food was quite average considering how much you pay. "

"They offered a dinner buffet every night and we opted out of meals at hotel. They had a gong cha (bubble tea) where you can get a free topping if you show your room key, Shake Shack and a Wolfgang Pizza place which we loved. The room was pretty big and very clean. The bathroom was stocked with amenities and always had fresh towels. The staff were excellent and extremely kind, always ready to help us if needed. The hotel was beautiful and looked stunning at night! It was amazing to be about a 30 second walk from universal after a long day of walking all over the park. "

"My husband and I were very excited to use the spa, only to find out when we got there that you can’t use it if you have tattoos, of which both my husband and I have. Very disappointed. Since it’s a tourist hotel, we thought the rules would be different than the rest of Japan. Breakfast was a gong show. No clear lines, so it was pure chaos, and we had no idea where to start. And the food was hardly ever replenished (which was mind blowing considering how busy it was in there) and undercooked. We only went to it 2/5 days we were there because it was so stressful. I think this place would benefit if they made the restaurant go all day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room got far too warm because the temperature wouldn’t go below 22 degrees celsius. It would’ve been nice if it went down lower. The fridge in the room was not cold. Not warm, but certainly not a temperature a fridge should be. The hotel could use a water filtration system rather than water bottles. Room was much smaller than expected, and it felt more like a cruise ship space, not a hotel room. Pleasant staff. Wouldn’t go back. Sorry!"
