"My husband and I spent one night (not enough!) in Osaka during a multi city tour of Japan. This hotel is in a great location and easy to reach with public transport. The rooms are clean, and the view over the city from the higher floors is spectacular. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and has both European and Japanese food choices. The staff is very helpful, staff members are fluent in English, and we were able to store our luggage for the day after check-out before continuing to our next stop. One thing the hotel offers and we did not further investigate is transport of luggage to other destinations. This might be worth checking out. Again, great hotel, no complaints!"
