Staff were nice and provided food recommendations near by. Property was located in a quiet area, except that it is next to a fire department, so from time to time you'll hear the alarm from the trucks, but it's only for a short period of time. Located near the Shinsaibashi Station (on the Midosuji Line), once off the train, it is a decent walk within the underground shopping (Crystal) malls; google maps has 9 mins (500m), but I typically can get to the hotel within 9 mins. This hotel is extremely convenient if you were going to be taking the Osaka railway daily. It is about two blocks away and there are many convenient stores in the area. There are a lot of food options just right around the corner. The only thing I would say is if you are American and looking for an American breakfast this is not the place for you. The breakfast was amazing and coffee and staff were great.

I really valued all the eco friendly options for amenities, including daily toiletries. The design of the room allowed efficiently utilizing every inch of space without feeling cramped. The staff were very patient and willing to help translate in order for us to check in and out. I also liked that we had the option of using a kiosk to simply the process. The location made for easy commute to various shopping areas or getting to main transportation hubs in general.

Our stay at Hotel It. was absolutely wonderful! Located near the center of the city, the hotel was equidistant between 2 subway stations which made it very easy to get to any destination in Osaka quickly. The lobby area had a modern, botanical design and the rooms were cozy and affordable. Hotel It. serves fantastic pizza and Italian food for lunch and dinner and the highlight of their breakfast buffet was the granola bar.
