"Great place to stay, it is self check in and no reception desk. Room was like a small condo, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, big bathroom and your own laundry. Short walk from love you station and Universal Studios is walkable"

"Excelente ubicación para ir a USJ, limpia, habitación amplia, elevadores suficientes. Hay lavandería, area de fumar y vending machines. Las amenidades estan en la recepción, que se encuentra en el 2F. Personal eficiente, no muy amigable, esta fue mi segunda visita y me paso lo mismo. Volví por la ubicación e instalaciones. Hay un Lawson 24hrs en el hotel, muy conveniente."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. The station right in front of the hotel was very convenient but still took some time to get to other parts of the city. A short walk to a free ferry takes you right to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food and variety, and I'm sure the dinner buffet is excellent as well. Definitely recommend!"
