"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk ..."

"Our room was falsely advertised with A/C which didnāt work, complained to reception on the first night and were told we could move the next day, to then be met by a rude receptionist the next day which said this wasnāt possible. The room was so unbearably hot we moved hotel for the rest of our stay. ..."
