"On arrival we were given very friendly welcome, and we're told upgrade us to deluxe room, which we were very pleased with. Room was on upper floor, and had lift to second floor then few stairs to our room. Room was very comfortable, with sofa and chair, good size bathroom with bath and walk in shower, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we also had dinner one night and was ok. Would definitely recommend."

"Staff helpful and friendly. Free parking for 24 hours . Room ok BUT had a funny mouldy smell even with the window open . Good choice at breakfast. Very satisfied apart from the odour in the room . Ideal position for appointment at the Nuffield hospital"

"Great location for walking to Blenheim Palace. Room was clean and tidy and day staff were helpful. Cooked breakfast very slow to arrive one morning. Lack of information from staff when fire alarm went off at 5am."

"Lovely couple of nights at the hotel Staff for the first night/morning were lovely but the lady who was working on the Friday morning really set the tone for the day :( hope she is ok as she was not at all friendly or accommodating"
