"最寄りのメトロ駅まで徒歩で15分ほど、バス停までは5分ほどです。オフィス街に続く閑静な住宅街の中にあります。アメニティはほぼホテルと同じ。管理人との直接の接触はありませんが、メールベースでのやり取りは、夜中でも非常に早い対応でした。建物全体が一つの空調で管理されていて快適ですが、送風の音が大きいのが少し気になりました。ただ、これはアメリカのどの家庭でもほぼ同じレベルのようです。2階建てですが、今回は一人での滞在だったためか、2階へのドアは閉じられ、1階のみの使用でしたが、ベッドルームは３つ、バストイレは2カ所あり、ダイニングもありました。食器、調理器具は必要な物はすべて揃っています。調味料は塩こしょうのみ。コーヒー豆の大袋が２つ、サービスで付いていました。アメリカの家庭にホームステイしているような感じで、非常に落ち着いた滞在ができました。"

"House is in a good location. Wasn’t clean on arrival but was done shortly afterwards. Kitchen was good. Bathroom needs some fixing. Toilet needs some repair. Good overall. "

"House was great! Went to DC for the weekend and the house in a great location. It’s clean and gave us plenty of space. I really appreciate that the host that left ample supplies like garbage bags, soaps and dishwasher pods. The road is a little tight and it was blocked once by someone picking up an order from the restaurant on the corner but driveway was big enough to keep our cars off the straight. We would definitely rent again. "

"We brought out 5 kids for Spring Break and were pleased with how it worked out. Beds were comfortable, location was good, a little noisy with traffic, but we felt safe. We drove into DC and parked. The closest metro train station is about half a mile and no parking. This is a great option for a place to land after exploring all day. The only recommendation would be to replace the furniture in the living room with something more comfortable. "
