Great location and comfortable home

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.

Spacious top floor Arlington apartment

This property was perfect for a 5-day stay for my family, including two children, when we had some work done on our home. The three bedrooms were spacious, and this Arlington neighborhood is very convenient. The hosts were communicative and easy to reach. Great place to stay when visit the DC national mall

This is one of the best houses we rented on Vrbo. The home is well maintained and super clean. It is only 10 minutes drive to the national mall. A lot of great restaurants and grocery stores are within 15-minute drive. Beyene is very helpful and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommended!

Designated parking and many bathrooms!

Great space to gather as a family. It has a designated parking space outside the unit. The space was large enough to accommodate a Christmas gathering for my family of 6 - with room to spare. The foosball table added some extra fun and having multiple bathrooms was a great addition! Personal preference - I didn’t care for the foam mattresses but my wife was fine with it.

Wonderful home in a perfect location!

This home was perfect for our trip to DC. Location was key and it was so close to everything in DC and surrounding area. Being 10 minutes from DCA was also an added bonus. The home was well equipped for our family of 5. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with Beyene was very easy and she was prompt with all my questions. We have 2 family members who run the Army 10 miler, and this was a very convenient place to stay. Could easily walk to restaurants. I was initially concerned that there was only one designated parking spot, but we were able to find other spaces close by with no problem. Communication with owner excellent.

The house was just as described nice and clean. The only problem was is there is no elevator and you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. There also is no free parking.
