"Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. "Close to the park and rooms were cozy and perfect. Only complaint was they closed the pool early one night and I was so looking forward to the hot tub I came back to the hotel early for it. Front desk didn’t even know they closed it early. "
