"It's been a while since I visited Brentwood Bay resort.... And as normal, it didn't disappoint..... We had beautiful weather and that was a bonus, but the staff are awesome, the room we had was great and we even got greeted without a glass of cider at check in.... Nice touch.... "Staff was great, parking check in ect all awesome. Breakfast wasnt so great . Good coffee The walls in our room were sticky and still had sticky tack from someone hanging decorations previously. Carpet beetles EVERYWHERE. Beds and bedding clean. The staff let the kids play and have fun at the pool unlike otherplaces that shushed the kids So very middle of the road "

"Staff were EXCELLENT. We had an issue with noise from work being done in a privately owned condo. Although the hotel staff could not stop the work and noise, they did everything they could to lessen it's impact for us."

"No room cleaning unless asked. The front staff were wearing ear buds and not super attentive. Bed was good. Shower leaked all over the floor. Parking very hard to navigate."
