"I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. At checkout the lady that checked me out was very friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Overall this is my fav hotel when flying out of BUF! Super close and very convenient not to mention their breakfast and assortments offered are great!"

I appreciate the hot coffee available near the lobby Room was nice and dark with the heavy shade, and quiet which made for good sleeping.
