We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. The condo community is close knit with a large group of friends who stay for extended vacations each year. The entire group was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
