"I loved this place! Amazing views, great hosts - super friendly and knowledgeable. We met most of the other families staying there too at breakfast which was a very social affair. "The manager said he would bring an extra key. He did not! I informed the manager that the ground floor sliding door would not lock. He said he would send maintenance to fix it. He did not! No toiletries. No Iron. We could not leave our valuables. We were unable to lock up at night! Felt insecure and left 3 days early and asked for partial refund. He did not! Stay somewhere else. TERRIBLE"
