"I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room. "Not suitable for those looking for a fun summer resort. Front desk Russian staff is by far one of the most uncomfortable staff I have ever dealt with. They give 1 room key and if you request a second key (2 guests) they openly say no. Electrical sockets are not all working so they offer to charge your devices in the reception. Air conditioning is not operational during certain hours of the day during the summer. Energy in the pool is quiet, apparently the “adult-only” ad targets 3rd age, rooms...
