"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"

"Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions."

The lounges were comfortable and have good facilites to work if required. The fitness suite, pool and sauna were all clean and comfortable. Rooms had a hood size deak, appropriate lamps, powerful showers and comfortable pillows and beds."
