"We were on the ground floor in a large room. Very basic but clean enough and it really was just a bed for the night! Breakfast was excellent. My daughter is Coeliac - I mentioned this when checking in and they had a tray overflowing with GF options ready for her, plus yoghurt etc that she was able to eat. Staff were friendly. We checked out in the morning but weren't heading to the airport until dinner time. They were happy to store bags for the day at no charge. Location fairly good. We were happy to do lots of walking! Bergamo is lovely! "

"We had a standard double room, which was clean and modern. Had obviously been renovated relatively recently, all the fixings and fittings in excellent condition. The lights all linked to touchscreens located throughout the room. Powered shutters on the windows and AC which was effective. Complimentary water in the fridge, tea and instant coffee. As a vegan, the options at the breakfast buffet were limited to fruit, cereal + soy milk, bread + jam, some hot mixed veg, and a couple of sweet cakes. Tea/coffee/juice. The vegan things were labelled so that was nice. Very easy to get around, bus stops just across the street to the train station, airport etc. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had reasonable choice for a small-ish breakfast area but ran out of sine things (we were down towards end of breakfast times though). Room was ok but looked into a roof that covered a lot of the window so could not really see out. A few bits looking tired and need attention although bathroom was clean and modern looking. Great location for Bergamo station and Citta Bassa and buses ho right past hotel to Citta Alta (although not too long a walk either). "

"Our room was spacious and clean. We made use of the on-site parking and experienced no issues. Breakfast was OK - limited continental but good quality. Negronis in the bar were fantastic! "

"Pros - good location, easy to find, spacious accomodation, wifi good, some nice restaurants within walking distance Cons - lots of information from owner about emptying rubbish properly but none about how to switch the heating on. Don't know who the cleaning fee was for! Shower worked very poorly. One minute very hot, the next very chilly despite the lever not changing position. Really would benefit from an electric shower. Bathroom/toilet had lots of space, however the shower cubicle itself was cramped, and I'm average in build / average in height. Kitchen lacked a microwave. Neighbours in flat below complained within two hours of our arrival that we were too noisy and should walk about the flat with our shoes off and preferably wearing slippers. So we reluctantly took our clogs off! Could hear people in flat above walking about and scraping furniture / chairs about from time to time."

"Lots of shops and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk, and very close to the train and bus stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and well appointed (plenty of hangers and towels)."
