"The condo had been completely renovated, very nice. Not sure if it had been cleaned as there was a pair of earrings left on kitchen counter (so you know that wasn’t wiped down), hair in the bathtub, hair on my wife’s pillow. Check-in was great, received early check-in, very helpful."

"Wyndham- Long check in wait time (30 minutes) in because selling timeshares?? Already prepaid online-waste of time. Asked for two condos near each other & sorry but not in notes even though communicated in emails with Host at time of booking. Advertisements condos look the same online but very different upon check in vs description- told at check in - many misleading ads; the other family paid same as us - made booking online together and they ended up in a tiny studio?? Old & run down- plugs...

"Check in time was 4pm. Arrived at 3:50 and stood in line at for about 25 minutes. My turn in "line" (there was really a line) and I was told the unit was still not ready - maybe another 30 minutes. "OK", I said. We'll go get some groceries and come back and it'll be ready. 45 minutes later - nope! Had to wait some more until we got the call at about 5:30pm.
